We both agreed that Skype is much quicker for a quick question or two rather than an email, and she asked me to pass this onto everyone else. As long as it’s during office hours of course :)
As a mature student it is quite amusing that I’m often not the first to ask a question , when as a teacher I encourage my students to ask any that they have! Practice what you preach is a lesson to be learned here !
I am starting to ‘put pen to paper’ now with my literature review ( or fingertips to keyboard !!).
I always feel better once I have actually written something as you then have a starting point to improve.
Within this module there is a lot of research required before you can actually write anything ( or at least that is my finding). I like to plan and do diagrams before I draft any work , so that I have a clearer direction with it
My research is far from over , but I feel I have sufficient to at least start my literature review , while I continue to accumulate more
Wish me luck !!

I can agree with this. I am often the last one to ask questions and make things hard for myself. By asking a simple question we can make sense of things and release a lot of unnecessary stress. I saw that you managed to tune into the Monday 8pm Skype with the MAPP students, which I was so disappointed that I couldn't make. Do you think there was information from this that was vital and worth sharing? If so please get in-touch, my Skype name is lizzielonsdale and I would love to hear about the discussions.
Thanks, Alison
